Warranty and conditions
- Ensuring the quality and durability of furniture by using it according to its intended purpose and following the maintenance and operation rules.
- The furniture comes with a 24-month factory warranty. The warranty period starts counting from the day of handing over the goods.
- The guarantee is provided only upon submission of documents confirming the purchase of furniture: sales contract/receipt of payment of money/bank payment statement/VAT invoice.
- The warranty applies to the correction of defects in the quality of goods caused by the fault of the manufacturer.
- The warranty is valid for all components of the items and their components, except for unevenness in the texture and shade of natural wood, natural leather, and other materials.
- When accepting or self-collecting the goods, the Buyer must immediately check their quality, and upon noticing any defects and/or violations, immediately inform the showroom staff. After 2 days after receiving the goods, claims regarding the quality of the goods are not accepted.
- Changes to natural wood or natural leather and other surfaces are not considered a defect in the quality of the product.
- Natural changes in the wear of the fabric or leather are not considered a defect in the quality of the goods.
- The product quality guarantee does not apply if the buyer or persons to whom the buyer transferred the goods used them for purposes other than those for which such goods are normally used, did not comply with the requirements specified in the instructions, violated the rules of transportation, assembly, storage, use, storage, maintenance and operation of the goods , also, if there are visible defects in the packaging of the goods or other external defects, discussed in writing during the transfer of the goods or the deterioration of the quality of the goods is caused by the actions of the buyer or other persons to whom the buyer sold the goods.
- After the representatives of UAB “AŽUONA” together with the manufacturer evaluate and determine that the claims regarding the quality and/or assembly of the goods are justified, the Buyer optionally has the right to demand: free of charge removal of the defects of the goods within a reasonable period of time; replace a product of inadequate quality with a product of suitable quality; in the absence of an opportunity to replace a product of inadequate quality with a product of suitable quality, choose an alternative product.
- UAB “AŽUONA” is not responsible for product defects that were discussed in the purchase contract, or that the Buyer knew and/or should have known about when purchasing the furniture (in cases where the furniture is purchased from an exhibition, or with known defects, etc.) .
- Damages caused during transportation/carrying/assembly of furniture are not accepted.
- The buyer loses the right to free warranty service of UAB “AŽUONA” furniture in the following cases:
- Does not submit a VAT invoice, receipt or other documents proving the purchase of the furniture;
- The Buyer did not comply with the furniture operation and maintenance rules specified by UAB “AŽUONA”, the furniture was transported, used improperly and/or damaged due to the Buyer’s fault;
- The furniture was damaged due to “Force Majeure” (circumstances of force majeure);
- The furniture was filled with water or other liquid;
- Furniture damaged by animals;
- The furniture was repaired by the Buyer or third parties;
- Furniture has natural wear and/or fading.
