6.1. For data processors who provide us with services (perform work) and process your data on behalf of UAB “AŽUONA” as a data controller. Data processors have the right to process personal data only in accordance with our instructions and only to the extent that it is necessary in order to properly fulfill the obligations set out in the order for goods. With the help of subcontractors, we take all necessary measures to ensure that our data processors have implemented appropriate organizational and technical security measures and maintain the confidentiality of personal data.

6.2. When responding to requests from the court or state authorities, only to the extent necessary for the proper execution of valid legal acts or a court order/certificate.

The company, upon receiving the data subject’s inquiry regarding the processing of his personal data, must answer whether the personal data related to him are being processed and provide the data subject with the requested data no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of the data subject’s request. At the request of the data subject, such data must be provided in writing.
