Returning the goods

• The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale of goods concluded with the UAB Ažuona online store, by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail, specifying the item to be returned and its order number) no later than 14 days from the day of delivery of the item.
• Within 14 days, you can exchange or return a quality product only if the Buyer has not used the product and has not damaged its merchandise appearance.
• You can return a used quality product only with the good faith consent of the Seller.
• The term for returning goods starts counting from the next day after the purchase of the goods, and in the case of online purchases – from the next day after receiving the goods.
• The Buyer is responsible for proving that the product was returned within the specified period.
• Purchased goods of larger dimensions (such as chairs, tables, coffee tables, upholstered furniture) can only be returned to the central warehouse in Kaunas, if it is not directed to be returned elsewhere (we will specify the place after applying for the return).
• The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, therefore, the buyer pays the return costs for sending the returned goods back to the Seller.
• If the returned goods meet the requirements of the return rules, the money will be transferred to the Buyer’s bank account no later than 7 working days after receiving the returned goods.
• If the goods returned by the Buyer do not meet the requirements of the return rules, the money will not be refunded.
